Zone case 140/22 on Thursday, Aug. 11 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Drew Miller, applicant, and Adam and Tiffany Abrahams, owners, for 1403-1405 Sarah Street, in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).

Applicant requests construction of two two-unit dwellings.

Variances: 911.02: Two-unit residential is a prohibited use in R1A districts; 912.04.L(3): Parking setback 5’ from front of structure required, parking less than 5; from front of structure requested; 903.03.E.2: 5’ interior side setback required, less requested.
