Historic Review hearings

The Historic Review Commission of Pittsburgh has scheduled the following hearings in the East Carson Street Historic District for 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, following Internal Business beginning at 12:30 p.m.
601-605 E. Carson Street, SJP Carson LLP, owner, and Maria Wilson/Wilson Architecture + Design, applicant: Building renovations including construction of ramp for accessibility.
1209 E. Carson Street, John Demauro, owner, and David Morgan, applicant: Alteration to previously-approved building renovations.
1210 E. Carson Street, Henry Wang/3E Franchise, LLC, owner, and Jim Smith/3E Renovations, applicant: Storefront renovations and signage.
1500 Bingham Street, Sunny Varrasso/SouthSide REH, LLC, owner, and David Noss/RSH Architects, applicant: Building renovations including new windows, doors and masonry.
2204 E. Carson Street, Tom Higgins/HH Ventures Group, owner, and Jordon Rooney/Built Different, applicant: Remedy for the after-the-fact painting of storefront.

Historic Review Commission is now meeting virtually. The meeting will be hosted on Zoom and streamed on YouTube Live on the Pittsburgh City Planning YouTube page. If you are not planning to testify, please watch the YouTube Live stream to allow those testifying to be able to join the meeting.

Email testimony to firstname.lastname@example.org. Email testimony must be received by one business day before the meeting.
Send a letter to 200 Ross St., 4th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Mailed testimony must be received by two business days before the meeting.
Join the virtual meeting and use raise hand function to request to speak.
Call into the meeting on your phone and press *9 to raise hand and be called on to speak.
