To provide public comment:

Join the virtual meeting and use raise hand function to speak. Call into the meeting on a telephone and use raise hand function by pressing *9 to request to speak. Those who wish to provide testimony this way, should register in advance by emailing zoningboard@pittsburghpa.gov to ensure that they are provided time to speak.

Zone case 59/22 on Thursday, March 3 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Patricia Anne Stanko, applicant and owner, for 141 Bigham Street, in the 19th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).

Applicant requests change of use to childcare (limited).

Special Exception: 911.02: Use as child care (limited) is a Special Exception.

Variance: 914.02.A: 2 or 3 spaces required, 1 space provided.

Zone case 44/22 on Thursday, March 3 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Troy Holsopple, applicant, and Deborah Meissner, owner, for 440 Ariston Avenue, in the 29th and 32nd Wards (Zoning District R1D-L).

Applicant requests subdivision of parcel into three lots.

Variance: 903.03.B.2: Use of 9.9’x20.7’one-car parking pad bounded by 4.5’ retaining wall at front of single-unit residence.
