Zone case 24/22 on Thursday, Feb. 3 at 10:00 a.m. is the appeal of Steve Brescia and Dan Wadddell, applicants, and Twenty First Street Associates, owners, for 2021 Wharton Street, in the 17th Ward (Zoning District RIV-MU).
