Ordinance 974

Amending the Mt. Oliver Borough Code, Chapter 87, Article VII – Disruptive Properties, to modify the notice requirements for owners and occupants of disruptive properties and to create an exception where a tenant or occupant is a victim of abuse or crime, and Article VIII – Disruptive Property Appeals Board, to modify the requirements for membership to the board.

Amending Part I of the Mt. Oliver Borough Code, Administrative Legislation, to create a new chapter authorizing the appointment of an independent auditor and abolishing the office of elected auditor.
