Free services available for veterans at event

Stand Down Pittsburgh, services for veterans, will take place on September 22 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Stage AE, 400 North Shore Drive.
Presented by Veterans Leadership Program of Western PA Inc., services for veterans include: Breakfast, lunch and a food pantry; Haircuts, hot showers and clothing; Personal hygiene/care items; Legal assistance identification cards; Eye care; Dental care; Foot care; General health care; Access to veteran benefits; VA healthcare eligibility; Access to vocational, employment, education benefits; and more.
There will also be free counseling referrals for: Substance abuse; Post traumatic stress disorder; Domestic violence; Military sexual trauma; Traumatic brain injury; and more.

Do you have a date for 2019? There does not seem to be any Standdowns in western PA this year.
