The following are the Part I crimes for the week of: Jan. 8-14.
Duquesne Heights (1911)
Theft – 200 blk. Sweetbriar St. - between 1/9/18 at 7 PM and 1/13/18 at 1 PM – Victim reported medication and cash was stolen from his home. Amount of loss is over $260.
Mt. Washington (1903, 1914, 1915, 1807)
Robbery – 100 blk. Bailey Ave. - 1/9/18 at 1:53 AM – An employee at a local business was robbed at gun point. The suspect entered through a real entrance and forced the employee to open the register while pointing a firearm at him. The amount of loss is $104. The suspect was a black male, 20-30 years old, 6', stocky build, 225 pounds, brown complexion, wearing black gloves, black sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes, & black mask.
Robbery – 400 blk. Ruxton St. - 1/11/18 at 8:01 AM – Victim reported a black male approached his door with a box saying it was for his brother. When the victim opened the door the suspect tried pushing his way into the home. The male then dropped the box and exposing the firearm in his hand. Meanwhile, the suspect was telling the victim to get inside and to give him everything. The suspect was able to steal the victim's wallet. While officers were on taking the report, they received additional information on the suspects location. Two suspects were detained and later arrested after further investigation/evidence was discovered. Lewis Morgan and Jaqueline Knerr were arrested for the Robbery/Conspiracy/Receiving Stolen Property.
Theft – 100 blk. Norton St. - 1/13/18 between 12:00 PM and 4 PM – Victim called to report a known person stole a package from her front entry. Amount of loss is $40.
Theft – 600 blk. Chess St. - between 1/4/17 at 9 AM and 1/8/18 at 2:12 PM – Victim called to reported a known person stole his PlayStation 3 gaming console. Amount of loss is unknown.
South Shore (1921)
Theft – 300 blk. Station Square Dr. W. - 1/11/18 at 4 PM – Victim stated he was "rear-ended" going through the tunnels. He went to a location close by to exchange information and believes someone in the other car stole his Samsung Galaxy S7. Amount of loss is $624.99.
Theft – 300 blk. Station Square Dr. W. - between 1/12/18 at 9 PM and 1/3/18 at 1 AM – Victim reported a known person stole her cash. Amount of loss is $300.

Theft from vehicle – Harcum Way & S. 25th St. - between 1/9/18 from 02:30 AM to 1:25 PM – Victim reported the passenger side window was smashed out a $5 in change was stolen from the vehicle.
Theft – 2200 blk. Sarah St. - 1/14/18 between 12:05 PM and 6:48 PM – Victim reported her iPhone was stolen. Amount of loss is unknown.
Theft from vehicle – 100 blk. S. 18th St. - 1/9/18 between 11 AM and 4:52 PM – Victim reported her company's car passenger side window had been smashed out and her Patagonia back pack, shoes, & Michael Kors wristlet had been stolen. Amount of loss is $290.
Aggravated assault – 400 blk. E. Carson St. - 1/11/18 at 12:30 PM – Victim called 911 to report his friend had assaulted him using a phone as a weapon. The victim was bleeding when officers arrived. The argument was over a phone being returned. Joshua Mcintyre was arrested and taken to the county jail. The victim was in stable condition and treated at a local hospital.
Theft from vehicle – 1000 blk. Bradish St. - 1/11/18 at 6:43 PM – Victim reported he went inside a local business for a short period of time and when he returned his iPhone 6Splus was stolen along with his cell phone car charger. Amount of loss is $450.
Theft – 1600 blk. E. Carson St. - 1/12/18 at 9 PM – Victim reported leaving her purse in a local business and when she returned the purse was gone. Amount of loss is over $20.
Aggravated assault – 1500 blk. E. Carson St. - 1/14/18 at 10:45 PM – A female approached an officer and explained her husband had been drinking all day and did not want him driving. She added he had been kicked out of two venues already. The male was asked if he would give the keys to his wife which he refused. The husband was then ordered to leave the business which he refused. When the officer tried to escort him out he grabbed the officer and later kicked him. The officer called for backup. Meanwhile, the husband assault another person. Officers then arrested the husband (Derrick Gibnson) and took him to the county jail.
Robbery – 800 blk. E. Warrington Ave. - 1/11/18 at 1:15 PM – Victim reported a known person was talking with her and forcibly removed the phone from her hand and drove away. Amount of loss is $220.
Mount Oliver (1607) – NTR
Theft by deception – 2200 blk. Arlington Ave. - 1/10/18 at 6:16 PM – Victim called to report she bought a $100 gift card for $50 off a known person. Later, she called to check the balance on the card and was told there was a balance of zero. Amount of loss is $50.
Burglary – 2900 blk. Spring St. - 1/14/18 between 12:09 PM and 4:50 PM – Victim reported forced entry was made into his home and items were stolen from it. The stolen items were a Glock 19 9mm firearm, Bushmaster AR15 rifle, UTAS XTR- 12 gauge shotgun, PlayStation 4 gaming console with 4 controllers, Xbox One gaming console with 2 controllers, MacBook Air, 2008 MacBook, Michael Kors Purse & wallet, cash, 4 pair of Jordan shoes, & 3 pairs of Ugg boots. Amount of loss is $6,570.

Carrick (2901, 2902, 2904)
Theft from vehicle – 1900 blk. Concordia St. - between 1/8/18 at 5 PM and 1/9/18 at Noon – Victim reported her Michael Kors wallet was stolen with credit and debit cards inside. Also, a pair of wireless headphones were stolen too. Amount of loss is unknown. The cards were used to make an unauthorized purchase.
Theft by deception – 1200 blk. Brownsville Rd. - 1/5/18 at 8 PM – Victim reported she made arrangements over the internet for someone to buy an iPhone 6s for $200 from her. The victim was handed over "fake" money but did not realize it until later.
Stolen vehicle – E. Woodford Ave & Brownsville Rd. - 1/9/18 at 12:30 AM – Victim explained he gave a known person a ride and when he got out of the car briefly the rider stole the vehicle (silver 2007 Scion TC coupe with PA plate KDZ0952).
Stolen vehicle – 200 blk. E. Meyers St. - 1/10/18 at 4:32 PM – Victim left his car (white 2004 Hyundai Sante Fe with PA plate KMX3902) running. When he returned from unloading the car, it had been taken.
Theft of property delivered – 2000 blk. Redrose Ave. - 12/26/17 at 4 PM – Victim called to report a package was stolen from her porch. It was delivered by Postal Service. The package contained vitamins. Amount of loss is $200.
Theft from vehicle – 200 blk. Meredith St. - between 12/13/17 at midnight and 12/15/17 at midnight - Victim reported a check was stolen from a checkbook in their vehicle. The check was later cashed. Amount of loss is $250.
Theft – 100 blk. Madeline St. - 1/11/18 at 2 PM – Victim reported a package from was stolen from her porch. The amount of loss is unknown.
Stolen vehicle – 400 blk. Antenor Ave - 1/8/18 at 8:35 AM – Victim reported her red 2010 Hyundai Elantra was stolen while it was warming up. PA plate GZA6047.
Theft – 100 blk. Kirk Ave – between 12/29/17 at midnight and 1/9/18 at midnight – Victim reported a known person stole his PlayStation 4 gaming system. Amount of loss is $250.
Theft – 200 blk. Parkfield St. - 1/12/18 at 5 PM – Victim discovered he left his phone unattended and when he returned it was gone. The phone was an iPhone 6 worth $500.
Overbrook (3204, 3207)
Burglary – 700 blk. Maytide St. - between 1/13/18 at 9 PM and 1/14/18 at 2:08 AM – Victim reported hearing a loud noise but did not investigate it overnight. Later, the victim discovered her door was damaged and her LG 42" flat screen TV was gone. Amount of loss is $400.
Theft from vehicle – 2300 blk. Kingwood St. - 1/9/18 between 1 PM and 11:30 PM – Victim reported an box containing a drawers was stolen from his vehicle. Amount of loss is not known.
St. Clair (1606) – NTR
Burglary – 100 blk. Grape St. - between 1/10/18 at 10:30 PM and 1/11/18 at 12:30 PM – Victim reported arriving home and finding her door "kicked-in" and her TV outside along with her microwave. Amount of damage is unknown.
