Pittsburgh’s Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 184 /17 on Thursday, June 29 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of Luna Fruensgaard, applicant, and St. Adalberts Roman Catholic Polish Church, owner, for 162 15th Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).

Applicant requests renovation and new addition for use as multi-family with integral parking (16 units).

Variances: 911.02: Use as residental multi-family is not permitted in R1A zoning district; 903.03.E.2: Minimum lot size per unit is 400 sq. ft., and less is requested.
