Capital Budget forums allow for resident input
June 6, 2017
The city will be holding several Capital Budget Deliberative Forums to gain input into what residents would like to see in the way of projects.
The forum will follow a format that gives residents a chance to learn more about what goes into the Capital Budget, discuss needs and priorities in a small-group setting, and ask questions of an expert panel. Residents will also have the chance to let the City know of specific Capital work in their neighborhoods that they would like to see done in 2017.
The forum on this side of the city will be on Thursday, June 8, 6-8:30 p.m. at the Tree of Life Open Bible Church, 1036 Brookline Blvd. Pittsburgh, PA 15226. Register to speak online at: http://pittsburghpa.gov/omb/capitalbudget.
Those who can’t make it to the forum may submit their feedback at: http://pittsburghpa.mindmixer.com/capital-budget-2018-public-input-needed.
