Colorful Conversations, a free coloring program for adults, will take place at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mt. Oliver.

The nature of coloring is a form of self-regulation and self-soothing and helps adults to handle stress and life’s every day challenges. This activity is appropriate for ages 18 and older.

Coloring pages/books, pencils, markers, etc. will be available or those participating my bring their own.
