Police searching for woman involved in armed robbery

 

Police are looking for this woman in connectoin with a robbery in Beltzhoover on December 27.

Pittsburgh Police are seeking assistance in identifying an individual involved in a street robbery in Beltzhoover on December 27.

According to police, two 44-year-old women were at Montooth Street and Taft Avenue at approximately 10:15 p.m. when they observed a newer model white sedan pass several times before stopping. A black man and female exited the sedan, walked past the victims' vehicle that was parked nearby and looked inside.

The suspects were armed with a hand gun and demanded the cell phone, wallet and purse from the victims' vehicle.

The male suspect is described to be between 20-25 years old, 5'11" with a thin build. The female suspect is described to be 5'6" with a stocky build. She was wearing a scarf around her head at the time of the incident.
