Pittsburgh’s Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 14/16 on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Eric S. Weber, owner and applicant, for 636½ Boggs Avenue in the 19th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).

Applicant requests existing 14’ x 8’ second level front deck for a single-family dwelling.

Variance: 903.03.D.2: Minimum 5’ interior side setback required and 2’ required.

Zone case 24/16 on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of CL 100 Enterprises LLC, owners and applicant, for 57 S 19th Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).

Applicant requests rooftop deck and stairway enclosure for a single-family dwelling.

Variance: 903.03.E.2: Minimum 5’ interior side setback required and 0’ required.
