Bon Air man shoots 'interesting' bear while hunting in Maryland

Dean Miller of Bon Air, son of Jean and Wayne Miller, while hunting in Maryland shot a 180 lb. bear.

The game commission reported the white moon shape on the bear's chest is very odd and "interesting" and it was something they had never seen before.

Hunting with Mr. Miller were his two sons, Drew and Dustin, and two best friends, Frank and John Kwiatkoski. Processing of the bear will take a year.

This is Mr. Miller's second bear, the first one was in 1989.
