Zone case 257/15 on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Cameron D. Marchese, owner and applicant, for 1909 Wharton Street in the 17th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).
Applicant requests two-story rear addition to single-family dwelling.
Variance: 903.03.E.2: Minimum 5’ interior side setback required and 0’ requested; Minimum 15’ rear setback required and 5’ requested.
Notes: Certificate of Occupancy 45978, dated 2/13/1985, permitted occupancy “Two-story two-family dwelling.”
