Carrick Sale needs donations of books, dvds, cds and more

 


The Friends of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Carrick are preparing for their Fall Book Sale on November 5-7.

Donations are appreciated and if anyone is cleaning out their bookcases, closets, or attics and are wondering what to do with those gently used books, DVDs, records, CDs and audio books the Friends of the Library are accepting donations through November 6 at the Carrick branch, 1811 Brownsville Road, for their book sale.

They can no longer accept National Geographic’s older than a few years. Encyclopedia sets, no matter the age, are no longer accepted for the book sale.
