Arrests made in Knoxville shootings

 The Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime Unit has made three arrests in the September 10 shooting in Knoxville.

Daquan Moore, 20, of Brookline; Romier Nevels, 17, of Dormont, and Antwan Martinez, 17, of Beltzhoover face charges of criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and criminal conspiracy. Martinez and Nevels will be charged as adults.

On the night of Sept. 10 a 43-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy were both grazed by bullets in the 500 block of Brownsville Road. Paramedics transported the two males to UPMC Mercy in stable condition. A third victim, 15-year-old Curtis Pounds from Mt. Washington, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Bullets also struck two unoccupied, parked vehicles and a business.
