Beltzhoover code blitz


A portion of Beltzhoover will be the subject of a code enforcement blitz on Thursday, Nov. 12.

The code enforcement blitz will encompass the prevention, detection, investigation and enforcement of violations of statutes or ordinances regulating public health, safety, welfare and public works. Officials will be looking at hazardous structures, unregistered cars, overgrown lots, broken windows, unsafe sidewalks and abandoned homes in addition to other violations.

The target area for the blitz will be bordered by Cedarhurst Street, Beltzhoover Avenue, Sylvania Avenue and Estella Avenue.
