Dollar Energy Fund now accepting applications

 


The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) is now accepting Dollar Energy Fund applications Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Human Services Building, One Smithfield Street, downtown.

The Dollar Energy Fund is a non-profit program that helps to pay heating bills for qualifying individuals and families whose household incomes do not exceed 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
