Pittsburgh’s Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 194/14 on Thursday, August 14 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Jamison D. Morse, owner and applicant for 2319 Cobden Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1D-H).

Applicant requests 14’ x 18.38’ one-story addition with a rooftop deck at rear of single-amily dwelling.

Variance: 903.03.D.2: Minimum 15’ rear setback required and 5’ proposed.

Notes: ZBA 209 of 1980, variance granted to erect two-story addition to rear of existing two-story, one-family dwelling.

Notes: Certificate of Occupancy 40185, dated 5/21/1982, permitted occupancy “One-family dwelling (two-story addition 12’ x 18’).”
