Zone case 52/14 on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Tamara Hopkins, owner and applicant for 345 Republic Street in the 19th Ward (Zoning District R1D-M).
Applicant requests use of two-story structure as animal care (limited); dog boarding.
Variances: 911.04.A.4: Use of animal care (limited) is not permittedin R1D zoning district.
Zone case 55/14 on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of David C. and Lorraine Pudup, owners, and Brian Ripley (prospective owner) applicant, for 2613, 2615 Stella Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District H).
Applicant requests two new four-story single-family attached dwellings with integral garages.

Applicant requests existing restaurant expansion: 21’ x 16’ two-story addition at rear of existing structure.
