Free sports clinic coming to Mt. Oliver


The 2013 Allegheny County Traveling Sports Clinics will visit Transverse Field in Mount Oliver on Monday and Tuesday, June 24-25.

The sports clinic will be offered between the hours of 10 a.m. and noon and 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. except in the event of rain.

The Allegheny County offers the community-based sports clinics for youth ages six and up. The clinics are free of charge and offer instruction in proper sports techniques to help each child perform to the best of his or her ability. The clinics also emphasize fundamental rules of play and fair play.
