Annual St. Clair Village reunion coming up in July


St. Clair Village Homecoming Reunion weekend will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 13-15.

Festivities will include:

A "Get Together" for ages 30 and up on Friday, July 13 from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. at CJ's, 2901-2911 Penn Avenue in the Strip District. CJ's dress code is strictly enforced: no hoodies, sweats or tennis shoes; jeans are permitted.

A Soul Train Cabaret for adults in memory of Don Cornelius will take place on Saturday, July 14 from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. at the Greater Pittsburgh Coliseum, Frankstown Avenue in Homewood. BYOB and food. Cost is $15 in Advance; $20 at the door or money orders payable to: Reunion Committee, P.O. Box 4935, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. No checks accepted, personal or otherwise.

A family picnic is planned for Sunday, July 15, from noon to 8 p.m. at the Rhododendron Shelter in Highland Park. Bring your own basket and old photos. There will be children's events, swimming and prizes. A parent must accompany kids during children's events. No vendors or soliciting.
