Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 121/11 on Thursday, July 21 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Emily Dritz, owners/applicant for 2112-2114 E. Carson Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District LNC).

Applicant requests re-installation of a projecting business ID sign.

Use Variance Requests: 919.04.B.2.C, Projecting signs shall be a maximum of 9 sq. ft. per side and 26.5 sq. ft. per side requested.

Zone case 145/11 on Thursday, July 21 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of Dennis Huet, owner/applicant for 2408 Jane Street in the 16th Ward (Zoning District R1A-VH).

Applicant requests to erect 2, single family attached dwellings with 2 car integral garages.

Use Variance Requests: 903.03.E, Interior side yard set back, 5; required and 1' requested; 903.03E, Lot size 1,200 sq. ft. required and 849 sq. ft. and 1025 sq. ft. requested; 903.03I, Rear yard set back, 15' required and 11'3" and 2'5" requested.

Plans are on file for this case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person.
