Public safety focus of meeting

Public safety will be the focus of the next Greater Beltzhoover Interagency Network meeting on Thursday, Dec. 10, from 6 to 7:15 p.m. at the First Church of God in Christ, 615 Taft Avenue, Beltzhoover.

Featured guests will be District 3 Councilman Bruce Kraus, District 4 Councilwoman Natalia Rudiak and District Magisterial Judge Richard King. Special guests include: Jay Gilmer, Pittsburgh Initiative to Reduce Crime; Mark Brentley, District 8 Pittsburgh School Board member; Jennifer Carr, Community Auto; Jim Joyce, Vitas Innovative Hospice Care; Richard Carrington, Voices Against Violence; and, Marcia Walters, Hilltop Community Children's Center.

There will be a light reception beginning at 5 p.m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 6 p.m. and conclude at 7:15. Dinner will be served at the conclusion of the meeting. All are welcome to the come and eat, network and discuss their issues.
