What's happening for fun in the South? Birmingham Foundation want to know

The Birmingham Foundation is asking for information on summer activities for its annual Summer Fun in the South 2009 guide to youth and teen programs in South Pittsburgh to be published in early May.

The deadline for information to be included in this year's guide is April 27. The guide will be published as an insert in The South Pittsburgh Reporter and distributed in local schools, churches and youth-serving organizations. The Birmingham Foundation and South Consortium, a nonprofit network hosted by Brashear Association, have published an annual Summer Fun in the South guide to programs for youth and teens for several years in cooperation with The South Pittsburgh Reporter.

Call Chris at 412 481-2777 or send an email to info@bfpgh.org to have a program included in the guide. Provide the name of the organization, name of the program, program dates, program site(s), fees, eligibility and information on how to enroll. Feel free to supply partial information if plans are not complete.
