Pgh. Zoning Board hearings

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 025/09 on Thursday, Feb. 5, at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Nancy and Joseph Barsotti, owners of 2336 E. Carson Street, for continued use of six dwelling units in existing two-story rear structure.
Zone case 027/09 on Thursday, Feb. 5, at 9:40 a.m., is the appeal of Michael Bodar, owner of 717 E. Warrington Avenue, for use of non-accessory outdoor retail sales and services.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected before January 22. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
