Amber Meyer and Mark Giannone of Carrick are engaged.

The bride is the daughter of Paula and David Meyer of Allentown. Her grandmother, Theresa Meyer, is a Mount Washington resident. The groom's parents are Hilda and the late Dennis Giannone of New Castle.

The couple plan to wed Jaunary 31 at Christian Community Church of Mars with a reception at Twelve Oaks Mansion.
