Local hearings scheduled for the Pgh. Zoning Board

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
On Thursday, July 10 the following two cases will be heard:
Zone case 124/08 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Mary Besselman, owner of 2329 Eiler Avenue, requesting the property be zoned as a two family dwelling.
Zone case 125/08 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Carla A. Roell, owner of 116 Bangor Street, for an 11' x 16' two-story addition to rear of existing two-story single family dwelling.
On Thursday, July 17 the following case will be heard:
Zone Case 129/08 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Carey A. Carroll, owner of 173 Hallock Street, for a 20' x 28' two-car garage at the rear of existing2½-story single family dwelling.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
