Hilltop Health adds doctor

Dr. Trina Peduzzi recently joined the staff of the Hilltop Community HealthCare Center.
Dr. Peduzzi is a pediatrician and joins Dr. Amy Nevin to provide full time coverage for infants, children and teenagers.
Dr. Peduzzi obtained her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. She did an internship and residency in Pediatrics at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh before continuing her career in New York.
Previous to her recent return to Pittsburgh Dr. Peduzzi was an attending pediatrician at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York and site director of the Pediatric Ambulatory Clinic. She has a special interest in adolescent medicine. Dr. Peduzzi is also proficient in Spanish.
Dr. Nevin has been at the Hilltop Center since it opened in November, 2004.
The full time family practice physician, Dr. Tapan Kant, joined the staff in August, 2006. Other providers include Lorraine Reiser, CRNP, who specializes in Women's Health and Roger Rooth, a podiatrist. The pediatricians have admitting privileges at Children's Hospital. Dr. Kant admits to UPMC South Side and UPMC Mercy.
Located on Climax Street in Beltzhoover, the Center's mission is to provide quality, comprehensive, primary health care to the residents of all of the hilltop communities.
