Health screenings at St. John Vianney


Free health screenings are available monthly at the St. John Vianney Food Bank.

The Spirit of Health Van, a collaborative effort between the Sisters of St. Francis, Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and the Mercy Parish Nurse Program serves the South Pittsburgh Hilltop area during the last food bank of each month between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The van is located in the St. John Vianney Church parking lot at the corner of Climax St. and Allen Ave.

Available services include blood pressure screening, cholesterol and blood sugar screening, bone density screening, skin analysis, depression screening and education, smoking cessation, diabetes education, medication management, in addition to other services.

The upcoming screenings are on Monday April 28.
