Housing Court calendar for So. Pittsburgh cases

Beginning this week, The South Pittsburgh Reporter will publish the Housing Court calendar for local District Magisterial Judges, whenever available.

The information will also be posted and updated at The information, if available, will include the defendant's name, violation address, ward, and violation numbers.

On Thursday, Feb. 7, in Judge Richard G. King's courtroom, the following Housing Court cases will be heard at 10:30 a.m.:

Joseph and Carmela Giaramita, 96 and 100 Pasadena, 18th Ward; continued hearing;

Peggy Lutz, 218 Millbridge, 18th Ward, code violations 307.1, 302.4, 304.6;

Donald K. Duda, 410 Grimes, 30th Ward, code violations 302.3, 307.1;

Val Lorenzi, 400 Rochelle, 30th Ward, code violation 302.3;

Charles and Minnie Williams, 434 Orchard, 30th Ward, code violation 302.3;

Marvin and Evelyn Manker, 436 Orchard, 30th Ward, code violation 302.3;

Carol Manolios, 330 Bausman, 30th Ward, code violation 302.4;

Annette and John Dieter, 17 Craighead, 18th Ward, code violations 307.1, 302.4.

On Thursday, Feb. 7, in Judge Charles McLaughlin's courtroom, the following case will be heard at 1 p.m.:

Janet Raget, 109 Westwood, 19th Ward, continued hearing.

There were no Housing Court hearings scheduled for this week in District Magisterial Judge Eugene Ricciardi's office.

All Housing Court cases are open to the public. Judge King's office (Mt. Oliver Borough and Pittsburgh Wards 18, 29, 32 and 32) is located at 2213 Brownsville Road, Carrick. Judge McLaughlin's office (Pittsburgh's 19th Ward) is at 736 Brookline Blvd., Brookline. Judge Ricciardi's office (Pittsburgh Wards 4, 16 and 17) is in the Maul Building at 1700 E. Carson Street, third floor on South Side.
