Two hearings of local interest before Zoning Board

 


Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Jan. 24 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street.

Zone case 009/08 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Benchmark Acquisition Company, LLC, owner of 1712 Larkins Way, South Side Flats, for two 2-story single family attached dwellings to be subdivided.

Zone case 011/08 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of JS Properties, LLC, owner of 80 Barry Street, South Side Slopes, to replace existing 14' x 21' deck and 3' x 26' access deck with same and additional 10' x 20' and 8' x 10' L-shaped deck at rear of existing two-story single family dwelling.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
