Two hearings of local interest before Pittsburgh Zoning Board

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Jan. 17 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 006/08 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Joseph Calloway, owner of 2400 Mission Street, South Side Slopes, for use of existing three story structure as four dwelling units.
Zone case 007/08 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Howard S. Berger, owner of 2000 Wharton Street, South Side Flats, requesting a 42' x 30' walkup service window on 20th Street side of existing fast food restaurant (Popeye's).
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
