Wolski joins Webb Law Firm

Thomas C. Wolski, patent attorney, has joined The Webb Law Firm, a legal practice concentrating exclusively in intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights) law and related litigation issues.

Mr. Wolski handles intellectual property litigation and patent and trademark prosecution. He is a resident of Mount Washington. 

Prior to joining The Webb Law Firm, Mr. Wolski worked as a laboratory manager and research specialist at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing his research in areas of molecular biology and biochemistry. After completing law school, He handled complex commercial litigation at law firms in New York City and Pittsburgh, which included serving as defense counsel in a case that was distinguished as among the most noteworthy defense verdicts in 2004, according to the New York Law Journal.

Mr. Wolski holds a J.D. degree from the Syracuse University College of Law (2002) with a Certificate of Law, Technology and Management, and a B.S. degree in Biological Science (1998) from the University of Pittsburgh.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, New York Bar, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. His professional associations and memberships include the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, American Intellectual Property Law Association, Allegheny County Bar Association and Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association.
