Two local hearings at Pgh. Zoning Bd.

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Sept. 20 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 163/07 at 8:50 a.m. is the appeal of Pittsburgh Chili Kings, LLC, owner of 1022 Fritz Street, South Side Slopes, for a three story single family dwelling with two car integral garage.

Zone case 164/07 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of John Bazari, owner of 402 Kambach Street, Mt. Washington, for continued use of existing two story structure as two dwelling units.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
