Hilltop exercise program helps those with arthritis

Do you have problems with arthritis pain and stiffness?

If you suffer from any of the many forms of arthritis, you are eligible to attend the Arthritis Exercise Program offered by The Hilltop Health Ministries Consortium Parish Nurse Program. These exercises are approved and recommended by the Arthritis Foundation, and involve education, relaxation, increasing flexibility, endurance and strength.

The next 10 week course will run from June 12 through August 22. The classes meet at Trinity Lutheran Church, 601 Brownsville Rd in Mt. Oliver, on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 and last for 1-1½ hours.

There is no charge for the class. It is recommended that participants receive approval from their physician before beginning the classes.

Call Debbie Koch RN, Parish Nurse at 412-381-8300 ext. 20 to complete registration for the class or for more information.
