Two local hearings before zoning board
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, May 17 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 071/07 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Pomo Development, owner of 452-454 Edith Street, Mount Washington, for use of two-story, two-family dwelling, each with a 10' x 10' deck in the rear and a two-car integral garage.
Zone case 065/07 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Michael M. Lench, owner of 180 Pius Street, South Side Slopes, for a second-story addition to existing single-story structure used as restaurant with liquor license with the addition of a sidewalk café in front.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
