Angels' Place will host fashion show, ‘Generations of Love' on March 18
Angels' Place, Inc. will hold its “Generations of Love” Annual Fashion Show and Luncheon on Sunday, March 18 at the LeMont. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. The event raises funds for programs and services to support single, low-income student parents and their children.
Former Pittsburgh Police Chief Therese Rocco will chair the event along with honorary chair Sharon Sipe and co-chair Mary Jean Evans. Sally Wiggin of WTAE-TV will emcee the event. Stein Mart, e.b. Pepper and Capricio will provide women's fashions; Gram and Gramps of Wexford and South Hills will provide children's fashions; the show will be produced by Folio Productions.##m:(Angel's Place)##
Since 1984, Angels' Place (formerly Mom's House of Pittsburgh) has provided student parents with the support to complete their education, secure rewarding employment and establish careers. Located in Brookline, North Side and Swissvale, Angels' Place offers parenting classes, early childhood education, childcare, counseling, tutoring, job placement assistance and help with practical needs such as food and clothing at no cost.
