The next meeting of the Mount Oliver City/Saint Clair Border Block Watch will be Thursday, Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria at Bishop Leonard Regional School, 434 Ormsby Avenue. The entrance to the cafeteria is in the rear of the building near the church parking lot.

The guest speaker will be Zone 3 Police Commander RaShall Brackney. Area residents are encouraged to attend.
