One hearing of local interest at this week's zoning board

 


Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled one public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Oct. 6 at 8:50 a.m. in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 149/06 is the appeal of David and Carmen Shively, owner of 1814 Mary Street, South Side, to install a 17' x 19' 2 car off-site parking area for single family home at 1808 Mary Street.

Plans are on file for this case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
