Two local hearing this week before Pittsburgh Zone Board

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Aug. 4 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 148/05 at 8:45 a.m. is the appeal of Bridge Partners, owner of 148 S. 19th Street, South Side Flats, to occupy existing 2-story structure as 5 dwelling units and 2 existing 3-story structures each with 2 dwelling units with 9 parking stalls plus a new 9' x 12' enclosed entryway at rear of 3-story structure.

Zone case 154/05 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Steven and Helen Vansachik, owner and Jason Luckey, purchaser of 151 S. 15th Street, South Side Flats to change occupancy of existing 2-story structure from 1 to 2 dwelling units with 2 off-street parking stalls.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
