COTRAIC now accepting applications for school year


The Council of Three Rivers American Indian Center, Head Start Program, is accepting applications for the 2005-06 school year.

Families who meet income guidelines and have children ages three through five years of age are eligible. COTRAIC Head Start is a federally funded developmental pre-school program.

Sites are located in Knoxville, Hazelwood, Overbrook and Dorseyville. Transportation is provided to all areas.

COTRAIC Head Start serves children in extended day, part day, and in collaboration with local child care centers. Call 412-488-2750 to register or for more information.

Head Start is a tuition free preschool which offers education, health, nutrition, family support, and disability services.
