Arthritis patients can learn more physical activity
Are routine activities, such as walking, climbing stairs or even sleeping a challenge?
The Mount Washington Senior Community Center, the National Council on Aging, and the national Association of Orthopaedic Nurses will sponsor a free and fun educational event on Wednesday, July 20 for people with osteoarthritis. Attendees will learn how to take a more active role in monitoring and ultimately restoring mobility through a variety of available arthritis treatment options.
