Three local hearings this week before Pittsburgh Zoning Board
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled three public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, June 23 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone cases 111/05 and 112/05 at 9 a.m. are the appeals of Timothy Glass, owner of 2912 and 2908 Mary Street, respectively, South Side Flats, to erect a 3-story 1-family dwelling with 1-car integral garage at 2912 and a 3-story 1-family dwelling with 2-car integral garage at 2908.
Zone case 114/05 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Plan B, LLC, owner and Byrnewood, Inc., lessee of 2132 E. Carson Street, South Side Flats, to erect a 9'6" x 20'9" 1-story extension to rear of existing 3-story structure with restaurant on 1st and 2nd floors and an office on 3rd floor.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
