The following are the Part I crimes for the week of: Jan. 22-28.

Duquesne Heights (1911) - Nothing to report (NTR)

Mt. Washington (1903, 1914, 1915, 1807)

Theft from vehicle – Virginia Ave. & Shiloh St. - 1/27/18 at 7:56 PM – Victim returned to his parked vehicle and found the driver side window was smashed and the contents inside had been moved.

Theft of property delivered – 100 blk. Harwood St. - 1/19/18 at 11:25 AM – Victim called to report his medication had been delivered to the wrong address and was never returned to him. Amount of loss is $19.11.

Theft – 600 blk. Griffin St. - 1/26/18 at 1 PM – Victim reported his Trek FXS bicycle (black) was stolen from his porch. The chain which secured it had been stolen as well. Amount of loss is $2,000.

Robbery – 400 blk. Edgemont St. - 1/25/18 at 9:50 PM – A pizza delivery driver arrived at the location and black male grabbed the order out of his hands without paying. He told the suspect to bring back the order or he was calling the police. The suspect is described as 16-23 years old, very tall, and wearing a black hoodie pulled over his head. Amount of loss is $20.

Theft – 100 blk. Lelia St. - 1/22/18 at 2:30 AM – Victim reported his driver's license, tax form, iPhone S6, cash, Apple tablet, RCA tablet, Kindle Fire kit, and medication were stolen from his vehicle. Amount of loss is $1,720.

Theft – 100 blk. Haberman Ave. - between 11/25/17 at 3 PM and 1/22/18 at 11 AM – Victim reported his Rossi .38 was stolen from his home.

South Shore (1921) - NTR

South Side Slopes (1706, 1608)

Theft – 100 blk. Barry St. - 1/25/18 at 6:10 AM – Officers responded to a call of a person breaking into vehicles. The caller told officers were the suspect was headed. The officers detained a suspect who was carrying multiple objects but could not describe what he was carrying or why he had the items. Officers located the vehicle owner who confirmed items in the suspects possession belonged to the vehicle owner/victim. The items were returned to the owner. Dustin Hackel was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Theft from vehicle – S. 21st St. & Josephine St. - Victim called to report her vehicle registration, board games, sewing machine parts, coat, blanket, and cash were stolen from her vehicle. Amount of loss is over $210.

South Side Flats (1609 & 1702)

Theft from vehicle – 100 blk. S. 18th St. - 1/25/18 between 12:45 PM and 9 PM – Victim observed his rear window had been broken out and his golf clubs, matt, bag, and balls were stolen from his vehicle. Amount of loss is $780.

Theft – 2000 blk. Wharton St. - 1/27/18 at 11:44 AM – An employee for a concrete company called to report it's Stihl 500i concrete saw had been stolen. Amount of loss is $1,600.

Theft from vehicle – 100 blk. S. 13th St. - 1/27/18 at 9:22 PM – Victim called to report he returned to his vehicle and found his front passenger window had been shattered and his Nike book bag, registration card, insurance card, & clothing had been stolen form his vehicle. The amount of loss is over $40.

Theft – 300 blk. S. 9th St. - 1/25/18 at 12:50 PM – Victim reported her wallets, cash, credit and debit cards, driver's license, employee ID, & insurance card were stolen while she was at work. Amount of loss is over $20.

Theft from vehicle – 100 blk. S. 4th St. - 1/25/18 between 9:45 AM and 5:45 PM – Victim reported her driver's side window was broken and her Garmin GPS had been stolen. Loss is $200.

Stolen vehicle – Bradish St. & S. 12th St. - 1/27/18 at 3 AM – Victim reported her black 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with PA plate JYX6711 was stolen.

Theft – 1500 blk. E. Carson St. - 1/27/18 at 2:15 AM – Victim reported her black backpack, wallet, and personal items were stolen from a local business. Amount of loss is $145.

Theft – S. 18th St. & Sarah St. - 1/24/187 at 7:20 PM – Victim reported his Huffy mountain bike (red) had been stolen. The amount of loss is $300.

Theft from vehicle – 2700 blk. Sarah St. - 1/21/18 at 7 PM – Victim reported her backpack and Apple Mac Book Air Pro was stolen from her vehicle. Amount of loss is $1,130.

Theft – 2700 blk. E. Carson St. - 1/23/18 at 2 PM – Victim called to report his wallet, military ID, social security information, driver's license, credit cards, debit card, travel card, cash, and other currency from a locker while he was working out. Amount of loss is over $200.

Theft from vehicle – 2200 blk. Mary St. - 1/22/18 between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM – Victim called to report his Kimber Micro .380 was stolen from his vehicle. Amount of loss is $500.

Theft – 200 blk. S. 9th St. - between 1/13/18 at 2 PM and 1/21/18 at 9 PM – Victim reported an unknown person took cash from her wallet. Amount of loss is $35.

Theft from vehicle – 1500 blk. Muriel St. - between 1/21/18 at 2 AM and 1/21/18 at noon – Victim reported his FNH FNS40 was stolen from his vehicle.

Burglary – 1800 blk. Merriman Way – between 1/22/18 at 6 PM and 1/23/18 at 10:52 AM – Victim reported his home was broken into and his black 2017 BMW M760 had been stolen with PA plate KLJ7810.

Allentown (1803)

Theft from vehicle – 600 blk. McLain St. - between 11/1/17 at noon and 1/25/18 at 8:21 PM – Victim reported her PA plate (HCJ0482) was stolen off of her vehicle.

Theft – 200 blk. Helen Way - 1/24/18 at 9:30 AM – Victim called to report a known person stole clothing and his bus pass. The amount of loss is $125.

Mount Oliver (1607)

Stolen vehicle – 500 blk. Cathedral Ave. - between 1/27/18 at 11 AM and 1/28/18 at 5 AM – Victim reported her silver 2012 Ford Focus with PA plate KLG0568 had been stolen.

Theft – 1100 blk. E. Carson St. - 1/21/18 at 11 PM – Victim reported his iPhone 7+ was stolen from a local bar. Amount of loss is $700.

Arlington (1603)

Theft by deception – 1900 blk. Waite St. - between 1/17/18 at noon and 1/18/18 at 4 PM – Victim stated he gave a known person $685 to rent an apartment. He later found out from the landlord the known person was not authorized to rent the apartment.

Burglary – 2200 blk. Arlington Ave. - between 1/23/18 at 10:30 PM and 1/24/18 at 12:40 AM - Victim reported a group of white males broke into his home and stole cash and a Toshiba tower computer. Amount of loss is $4,020. A witness stated the group of males was black.

Carrick (2901, 2902, 2904)

Theft from vehicle – 2300 blk. Brownsville Rd. - 1/26/18 at 4 PM – Victim called to report his license plate had been stolen ( KKZ0249 – PA plate) and replaced with another plate.

Theft – 600 blk. Laughlin Ave. - between 1/20/18 at 9 AM and 1/23/18 at 5 PM – Victim reported her debit card was stolen from her mail and was used. Amount of loss is unknown.

Theft – 2600 blk. Brownsville Rd. - 1/22/18 at 8 AM – Victim called to report a known person stole her debit card and used it for unauthorized transactions. Amount of loss is $125.

Burglary – 2000 blk. Brownsville Rd. - 1/25/18 at 2:22 PM – Victim reported a group of white males approach asked where his friend was located. When the victim told he he did not know which friend his was referring to he was assaulted. The victim fled to a friend's home only to have the home's door kicked in by the group and the victim and occupant of the home assaulted.

Burglary – 100 blk. Parkfield St. - between 1/18/18 at noon and 1/22/18 at 8:20 PM – Victim reported someone entered his home and stole $200 in cash.

Theft by deception – 2100 blk. Brownsville Rd. - 1/23/18 between noon and 9 PM – Victim reported he made arrangements over the internet to buy Super Bowl tickets for $3,500 and he sent a deposit for $512.50. The seller kept changing the "hand-off" location and has not been answering his calls.

Burglary – 2600 blk. Brownsville Rd. - between 1/15/18 at 9 AM and 1/22/18 at 6 PM – Victim called to report someone stole her Element 32" HD digital LED TV. Amount of loss is unknown.

St. Clair (1606)

Aggravated assault – Wagner St. & Mountain Ave. - 1/22/18 at 1:30 PM – Victim reported an unknown person was shooting at him while he was driving from a gray minivan.

Knoxville (3001)

Theft – 100 blk. Orchard Pl. - 1/27/18 at 11:07 AM – Victim reported a known person stolen her debit card and $600.

Theft – 200 blk. Moore Ave. - between 1/21/18 at noon and 1/24/18 at 12:53 PM – Victim reported a person known to him stole his Vizio Smart TV. Loss is $300.

Theft – 200 blk. Bausman St. - between 1/21/18 at 5 PM and 1/23/18 at 8 AM – A property manager called to report the front window was broken and a small TV was stolen from the property. The amount of loss is unknown.
