Arlington Heights shooting

 


On Sunday, June 18 at 11:45 a.m., Zone 3 police and paramedics were sent to the 3000 block of Arlington Avenue in Arlington Heights for a report that a man had been shot.

At the address, a 35-year-old male from Wilkinsburg was inside the home with a gunshot wound to his left leg. Paramedics transported him to UPMC Mercy in stable condition.

According to police, the shooting is believed to have occurred outside. There is no information available about the possible shooter.

The Pittsburgh Police Group Violence Intervention Unit is investigating.
