Visitors can get a free health check for diabetes, blood pressure, and make sure the kids are ready for school and summer sports with a vaccination record check. There will be free food, a farmers’ market, fire truck, and games for the kids. Rumor has it that SpongeBob will be there.

Be one of the first 100 people and get a free t-shirt. There is no admission charge. The Colonel Eagleburger Band from Pittsburgh will play.

Sto-Rox Family Health Center is joining with more than 28 community partners to make this event a reality, including Focus on Renewal, Ohio Valley Hospital, the McKees Rocks CDC, and Just Harvest.

For new parents, they will have 15,000 diapers for newborn up to size 6 available for free through the Bible Chapel Church of Robinson/campus.

“The health center has been in continuous operation since 1971,” said Fr. Regis Ryan, executive director of the Sto-Rox Family Health Center. “We have been at the Thompson Avenue location since 1983 and offer healthcare with a heart.”
