Hillcrest public art project will be shared in Carrick

A presentation on the Hillcrest Senior Residences public art project with Natalie Settles will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 21 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Carnegie Library of PittsburghCarrick, 1811 Brownsville Road.

The Community Builders commissioned artist Natalie Settles to create a new artwork for the Hillcrest Senior Residences, currently under construction on Brownsville Road in Carrick. After meeting with Carrick residents and developing her design, she will be sharing her proposed artwork, Elder, with the community at the meeting hosted by the Office of Public Art.

Area residents are welcome to attend and see Ms. Settles' presentation and to share their thoughts about the project.
