Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh- Carrick has summer activities for kids and adults in the coming weeks.
Summer Reading runs through August 9. The library offers Summer Reading programs for children, teens, and adults. Stop in and sign up for a chance to win prizes as you read this summer.
Join in for the Kids Summer Reading Kick Off Party on Saturday, June 14. Drop in between noon and 3 p.m. to check out crafts, treats and activities for children.
School-Age Fun: Kids Club is on Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., through August 14. The program is for kids in grades K-5. They can check out cool art projects, crafts, science experiments, and more every Thursday at the library.
Summer Storytime is on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. through August 12. Come in for stories, songs, games, and more fun activities to nurture early literacy in toddlers and preschoolers. Storytime is recommended for children ages 3-6 with their caregivers.
