LGBT Youth Pride Prom

The Annual LGBT Youth Pride Prom will be held at the Andy Warhol Museum on Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 6 – 10 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. The event welcomes youth ages 13-20.

This year’s “Great Gatsby” Prom theme was chosen by students throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. Modeled after the popular novel, and recent movie, the Andy Warhol museum will be a replica of the Roaring 20s, while attendees dance, eat, and enjoy friends.

The Youth Pride Prom is presented each year as an alternative event for LGBT and ally youth, providing an inclusive school prom experience. The prom is a safe space free of discrimination and encourages all youth to attend, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Tickets are $10 and may be purchased on-line or at the door. For more information about the event or to receive updates, visit or contact Kayla Rodabaugh at
